at Ramsey Rural Life on Sunday 7th September.We will be running a 'Have A Go Agility' ring as well as doing an agility demonstration. If you can help and take part please contact Joy. Money raised in the 'Have A Go' ring will go towards club funds.

HOUNDS AT HINCHINGBROOKE
The second 'Hounds at Hinchingbrooke' day was on Sunday 29 June 2008, when we again ran 'Have a go Agility' rings during the day and a demonstration of agility by members and friends of the club.The event was aimed at promoting responsible dog ownership and to raise money for four charities - PDSA, Dogs for the Disabled, Wood Green Animal Shelters and Pets as Therapy. The total raised on the day was £260, of which £96 was raised in the 'Have a Go Agility' ring.
Annual Fun Day
On Sunday 9th December 2007 we held our annual fun day, where we had competions, games and awarded the annual club awards. These awards included the flyball cup, agility shield and the Doreen and Rosie award. The later is and award given to the overall best performing ABC (anything but collie) dog over the year. This year it was awarded to Jacob, Amanda's Cavalier Spaniel.
We had a gamblers (agility) competition, won by Jeff and Ben, best trick competion, fastest recall and fly sausage.
The main on the day contest was a gamblers competion. The top three places in this were: -

2nd Lesley & Barney
3rd Lesley & Jojo
Other games were best trick - won by Lorraine & Deefa, fastest recall - won by Lynsay & Odin and Fly Sausage - won by Lesley & Bonnie
GAMLINGAY FETE
We did a display of agility and flyball at Gamlingay on Saturday 15th September. Thank you to all the team for all their work in making sure this all went well - even the sun shone on us!Some of the display team.
